Technical Quality

1 We will strictly produce the goods according to the standards specified in the contract. If no standards are specified, we will strictly follow national standards to produce high-quality, brand-new products.

2The buyer has the right to appoint a representative or entrust a qualified supervision unit to represent the buyer in exercising supervision rights, conducting supervision and factory inspection. We have the obligation to actively cooperate with the supervision representative to understand the quality of goods production, assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging.

3We are obligated to provide the following to the supervision representative for supervision and inspection: a monthly inspection plan based on the production progress of the contracted goods; notification of the supervision items and inspection time to the supervision representative 10 days in advance; provision of relevant standards (including factory standards), relevant drawings, and relevant documents stipulated in the contract for the supervision representative's review; and providing convenience for the supervision representative's daily life.

4If the supervision representative finds any quality problems with the goods and materials or non-conformity with the standards or packaging requirements stipulated in the contract during supervision, the supervision representative has the right to raise objections, and we will take corresponding measures to ensure the quality of delivery.

5Regardless of whether the supervision representative participates in supervision and factory inspection or signs the supervision and inspection report, this does not relieve us of our responsibility for the quality of the goods.

6Before the products leave the factory, we will conduct random sampling and destructive testing on the batch of products. Only products that meet the contract standards or national standards will be shipped.

7We will package the products according to the buyer's packaging requirements and promptly transport the products to the designated location.

8For all contracted goods and components supplied by us, a product quality certificate will be issued as a quality certificate for delivery. The buyer has the right to send representatives to our factory and loading station to inspect the packaging quality and supervise the loading process.

9After the goods arrive at the delivery location, upon receiving notification from the buyer, we should promptly go to the delivery location with the buyer to inspect the packaging, appearance, and quantity of the goods according to the waybill and packing list. If any discrepancies are found and confirmed by both parties' representatives as our responsibility, we will handle and resolve them promptly.

10During on-site inspection, if any damage, defects, shortages, or non-conformity with the quality standards and specifications stipulated in the contract are found due to our reasons, we will promptly repair, replace, or supplement the corresponding parts, and the costs will be borne by us.

11If the delivery is delayed due to our reasons, affecting the progress of the construction project, we will strictly bear the liquidated damages as stipulated in the contract.

12Our company provides a one-year quality guarantee for its products.
