Anqiang Power is a leading manufacturer of high voltage circuit breakers. Our high voltage circuit breakers are mainly divided into two categories: indoor and outdoor. Outdoor high-voltage circuit breakers have rated voltage levels of 24KV, 27.5KV, 33KV, 40.5KV, 66KV, 126KV, and 220KV, and are generally used on power grid lines, in large power plants, etc. Indoor high-voltage circuit breakers have rated voltage levels of 12KV, 17.5KV, 24KV, and 36KV, and are generally used in high-voltage switchgear. Anqiang's high-voltage circuit breakers have been exported to many countries in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, and we can customize products according to user needs and drawings.
High voltage circuit breakers are core switching devices in power systems, mainly used in power systems with rated voltages of 3KV-1100KV and above. Their main function is to ensure the control of circuit switching and fault protection. These products are widely used in power generation, transmission, distribution, and industrial fields.

The core working principle of a high voltage circuit breaker is arc extinction. The overall working process of the product is divided into three stages: closing, normal opening, and fault opening. Therefore, a high-voltage circuit breaker is mainly composed of four components: the contact system, the arc extinguishing system, the operating mechanism, and the insulation system.
1. Regularly check all components of the circuit breaker for any abnormalities;
2. Regularly check the vacuum level of high voltage circuit breakers, and regularly test the gas leakage rate of SF6 circuit breakers;
3. Regularly check the lubricating oil of the operating mechanism to ensure smooth operation;
4. Regularly clean the insulation components of the high-voltage circuit breaker, and replace them promptly if they show signs of aging;
5. Regularly verify all functions of the high-voltage circuit breaker to ensure they meet technical requirements.
