The 24KV side mounted vacuum circuit breaker is an indoor high voltage circuit breaker. Anqiang Power is also a China manufacturer of vacuum circuit breakers. This high voltage circuit breaker is widely used in indoor protection and control units of 24KV power systems, and is especially suitable for applications requiring frequent operation or interruption of short-circuit currents.

The product model of the 24KV side mounted vacuum circuit breaker is ZN63A (VS1)-24. It is used in three phase AC 50Hz power systems with a rated voltage of 24kV. Its core feature is the integrated design of the operating mechanism and the circuit breaker body. It can be fixedly installed or used as a withdrawable unit with a trolley mechanism. It can be applied to various types of loads and frequent operation occasions, and can be used for the protection and control of electrical equipment in industrial and mining enterprises, power plants, and substations, and is particularly suitable for the metallurgical, chemical, and coal industries.

Structural Features

1. 24kV Side Mounted Vacuum Circuit Breaker uses a center-sealed ceramic or glass vacuum interrupter, featuring copper-chromium contact material and a cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic field contact structure, resulting in a low electrical wear rate, long electrical life, high contact withstand voltage, stable dielectric insulation strength, fast arc extinction recovery speed, low current chopping level, and strong breaking capacity.

2. It adopts a horizontally arranged spring-energy storage operating mechanism with both manual and electric energy storage functions.  

3. It uses a three-phase pillar structure. The three-phase pillars and current transformers use imported outdoor epoxy resin solid insulation, or indoor epoxy resin coated with silicone rubber solid insulation, featuring resistance to high and low temperatures, UV radiation, and aging, as well as good moisture and condensation resistance.
